The Darryl Fox ‘Penasi’ Memorial Fund was created in memory of the late Lucian Darryl, ‘Penasi’ Fox. Darryl was studying Civil Engineering at the time when he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Darryl’s goal in life was to finish his Civil Engineering Degree at the University Level. His vision was to build an all year- round highway to the remote communities in the North.
